Idroteck double acting tie-rod hydraulic cylinders are constructed according to the ISO 6020/2 standard and are used in all industrial sectors where hydraulic actuators are required, operating at medium pressure (160 Bar). They are available in all the mountings provided for by the standard and in multiple seal configurations, depending on the conditions of use and the desired performance.
The rod ends are manufactured according to ISO 6020/2 standard. STANDARD rod ends with male thread, SF with female thread or ST floating joint rod ends are available.
Male and female threaded rod ends can be manufactured according to DIN 24554.

The series of tie-rod cylinders is made of H8 Ra 0.4 internally smoothed steel sleeve, chrome plated C45 steel rod, possible variants in hardened-tempered stainless steel.
The MD series of Idroteck tie-rod cylinders has the same mechanical and dimensional characteristics of the CD series, with the difference that a permanent magnet is inserted inside the piston. This system allows the activation of a magnetic field that extends to the outside of the H8 Ra 0.4 internally smoothed special non-magnetic alloy sleeve. The magnetic field moves solidly with the piston along the entire length of the stroke and when it passes through it, it activates one or more suitably fastened sensors that generate an electrical signal.
